Harmonix announcing a new game tomorrow
The new game won't be a Rock Band or Dance Central title, says Harmonix.
Harmonix is unveiling a new game tomorrow that's not related to Rock Band or Dance Central, the publisher has announced on its Twitter account.
In recent years the developer has released numerous Rock Band and Dance Central titles, alongside dabbling in mobile and downloadable games with VidRhythm and Rock Band Blitz.
In April this year the company stopped releasing weekly batches of DLC for the Rock Band series after 275 consecutive weeks of content. "In recent months we’ve scaled production down as we’ve transitioned resources onto other projects," said Harmonix at the time.
In 2012 the company posted a job listing for a combat designer for an upcoming title, and in April the developer announced that it was making a "small number" of layoffs.
