Halo: Reach Android stat-tracking app launches
Free software for Google's mobile OS now available; allows users to compare players and view heatmaps, file shares, and game history.
Halo developer Bungie Studios recently launched a mobile version of its online statistic portal Bungie.net. However, on-the-go Halo fans now have another way to stay connected to the science fiction universe via their smartphones.
Launched recently was the free Halo Reach Tracker application for Google's Android operating system. The app was designed and developed by Gainesville, Florida-based mobile and Web studio RedSource and allows users to track multiple statistical categories for Halo: Reach.
The app affords users many of the features found on Bungie.net, including the ability to save and compare players, as well as view game history and details, weekly challenges, file shares, and heatmaps.
It is not clear whether or not Bungie commissioned RedSource to create the application, but the app is officially endorsed by the Halo studio. For more information on the Halo Reach Tracker, check out the app's listing.
