343 Industries has announced a new loyalty program for Halo 5: Guardians that rewards people who play on a daily basis. As part of a recent livestream, 343 announced that, beginning immediately, players can earn up to two free Req packs every day just for playing multiplayer modes Arena and Warzone.

The only catch is that, to earn your free Req pack, you need to win a match in either mode. Req packs weren't exactly rare in Halo 5, but this program makes it even easier to unlock them.
Halo 5 is not the first game to offer rewards to people just for playing. Konami's Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain does something similar, though with that game, all you need to do is log in to get your bonus.
Next week, 343 will release a free update for Halo 5 called The Cartographer's Gift. It's a big one, introducing things like Forge mode, more Reqs, new multiplayer maps, advanced controller options, and more.
Will free daily Req packs encourage you to play Halo 5 on a daily basis, or at least more than usual? Let us know in the comments below!
