Half-Life and Counter-Strike patches on the way

Valve plans to release the next updates to its action games in the coming weeks.

Valve Software has announced that it plans to release the next updates for Half-Life and Counter-Strike, its popular first-person action games, in the coming weeks. In addition to various fixes and tweaks, Half-Life v1.1.1.0 and Counter-Strike v1.5 will both include the Ricochet Mod, the second phase of Valve's recently released anticheat technology. The Ricochet Mod will also be added to the Half-Life software development kit. The new Counter-Strike update will also include a new mission, de_piranesi, which was created by Iikka Keranen.
