Fieri will give out $300,000 in grants live during the show, which its producers say is "one of the largest culinary events of all time."

You can watch live on June 12 at 7 PM ET through Guy Fieri's Facebook page. It will be co-streamed across 20 other platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and TikTok.

The programming will include a segment called Behind The Counter Conversations, which features Fieri talking to the famous chefs listed above. An Off The Hook Celebrity Creations segment, meanwhile, will see Shaquille O'Neal, Rob Gronskowski, Wale, Andriana Lima, and Kane Brown create "off the hook" menu items at their favorite local restaurants. These items will be available to buy through Grubhub.

There will also be musical performances by Diplo and Old Dominion.

As for the grants, Fieri is giving out $300,000 in total to restaurant owners as part of the "We Build Restaurants" grant, which Fieri established with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and the California Restaurant Foundation.

11 winners in total will receive the grants. The money for them was contributed by sponsors of the show such as LendingTree, Pepsi, SpotOn, AT&T, Grubhub, Cascade, Dawn, Twisted Tea Hard Iced Tea, Conagra, Thermomix, and Thomasville.

"I teamed up with LendingTree to create Guy’s Restaurant Reboot in order to celebrate restaurants and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives me, and so many others," Fieri said in a statement. "The people and partners who have signed up alongside me are eager to champion the rebirth of the restaurant industry coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, the most devastating obstacle our industry has ever faced. So hop on the bus to flavortown for the biggest, most action packed culinary event of all time!"

"Restaurants are not only a driving force for the American economy, but they help to fulfill the human need for connection and serve as a gathering place for families and friends," LendingTree CEO Doug Lebda said. "The restaurant industry has no doubt been one of the hardest hit during the pandemic, and Americans have really felt the absence in their everyday lives. LendingTree is honored to be part of Guy's Restaurant Reboot and to help support the culinary entrepreneurs who want to bring friends and families together over a shared meal."
