GTA+ Subscription Now Includes GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition And Other Games In The Future
Subscribers to the $6/month membership now get GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition.
Rockstar Games has announced a new perk for the GTA+ subscription service, and it's a pretty good one. Subscribers will now get access to a rotating group of older GTA games, beginning with GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition.
GTA+ launched in March 2022. The $6/month subscription program comes with an allotment of $500,000 in GTA Online money every month, as well as a variety of discounts on GTA Online content and bonuses.
Getting access to full games is another nice perk. While The Definitive Edition didn't score the best reviews at launch due to its technical issues, Rockstar has updated the game multiple times, fixing hundreds of bugs and other issues in the process.
The game includes GTA III, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas, all of which have been updated with a variety of enhancements.
Rockstar did not say what other GTA games might be included with a GTA+ membership in the future, or provide a timeline for when games might rotate in and out.
In other GTA news, Grand Theft Auto V just celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 17. It's one of the best-selling games in history, and the franchise is set to grow further with GTA 6. The game is now in development, and it could launch as soon as 2024.
