Rockstar Games is adding five new missions to GTA Online to round out the Los Santos Drug Wars storyline as part of The Last Dose update. The new missions will go live on March 16, 2023, and will send players on a journey to uncover the connection between the pharmaceutical industry and psychedelic drug trafficking in Los Santos.

The Los Santos Drug Wars expansion first launched in December 2022, and has been continuously updated since then, with various missions and other pieces of content. Rockstar reminds players to visit Nervous Ron Jakowski and the Fooliganz to begin the Los Santos Drug Wars storyline in GTA Online. Doing so will give players access to The Freakshop headquarters, with the ability to unlock an Acid Lab.

Now Playing: History of Grand Theft Auto

Leading up to The Last Dose, GTA Online players will have access to the Karin Hotring Everon stock car, along with a new set of Hotring Circuit Races. Completing these tracks grants 3X cash and RP, and placing within the top three earns players $100,000 in-game.

While GTA Online is still heavily supported, Rockstar is also working on a follow-up to Grand Theft Auto V (which is presumably Grand Theft Auto 6). The company confirmed that the next GTA game is in the works, though it likely won't release until 2024 at the earliest.
