Grand Theft Auto fans will want to set an alarm for 9 AM Pacific / 12 Noon Eastern today, as that is when Rockstar Games will release new gameplay footage and fresh details for the upcoming Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC versions of Grand Theft Auto V.

"Interviews and new info" are also promised, according to IGN.

GTA V launches November 18 for Xbox One and PS4, and in January 2015 for PC. The updated versions of 2013's best-selling game will include better graphics (reportedly 1080p on PS4), as well as better draw distances, more wildlife, and denser traffic, among a long list of other improvements.

People who already played GTA V for Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 are being rewarded with bonus content in the form of new vehicles, weapons, and lots more that you can read about here.

Check back with GameSpot later today for all the GTA V news. In the meantime, let us know in the comments what you're hoping to see.

I wish I hadn't bought it day one for the Xbox 360... I played that game (+GTA Online) obsessively for two months, but after I was "done" with the game I never went back. I'm kinda burned out on GTA V.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed every minute of it, it's a damn good GTA, but I think it isn't as memorable as previous games... San Andreas... Vice City... I think Franklin's character was underdeveloped compared to Michael and Trevor, and the soundtrack was disappointing too... well, for me it was.

If I hadn't played it already I would definitely pick up this new version, and have an even better experience... better graphics, more traffic and stuff going on, new soundtrack... sounds like a great package for newcomers.

<< LINK REMOVED >><< LINK REMOVED >> haven't played since Feb when I upgraded to PS4 so really looking to get back into the game. I hope the seasonal goodies will be available to purchase for a short period of time so we can all catch up with the last gen folks.

Will they show the difference in resolution and graphical quality? I'd hate to buy an X'bone, only to be greeted with a sub-Hd resolution, detail pop-in and a crappy framerate. Still making my mind up about buying a PS4 or Xbox. Damn Master Chief Collection is tipping the scales.

<< LINK REMOVED >> I'd say wait a few more months. More good games should be out by next year sometime plus more discounts.

<< LINK REMOVED >> PS4 has an undeniably hardware advantage so far, which for me, personally, is enough to tip the scales at any point. I want a console that's going to last, and if X1 is already struggling to keep up, all "console war" bullshit aside, that serves as a big indication of what's to come. But ultimately, brand loyalty is a big deal to some people, so if you love Microsoft all around for one reason or if you love Sony all around for another reason, you're likely going to make a decision based on the wrong things. My decision was based purely on facts, rather than feelings, but who knows which way is the "right" way.

<< LINK REMOVED >><< LINK REMOVED >> If you are an adult who likes some diversity to your games, sure. If you're more of a bro-ish frat-boy then I'd say the X1 has better exclusives for you, like Gears n' stuff. (Going from past exclusives, since I'm not a psychic)

PC release is 27th of January 2015. Not that long. But in the gaming world it's an eternity.

<< LINK REMOVED >><< LINK REMOVED >> They removed that date from the steam store page to early 2015 so they might be planing another delay.

Despite being a GTA fan, I didn't get this on my X360 last-gen, played some missions though on a friend's X360. So I'll happily take this for my PS4 and any info on what they are adding will be much appreciated.

At least this wait is on its homestretch. To be fair if it came out on PC in November it would get lost in the shuffle for a little while. I'm finally going through Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, I have Bayonetta 1 and 2 to go through, Smash Bros for Wii U comes out soon and Warlords of Draenor drops this month. January's a lot more free for me.
