Grand Theft Auto V midnight launch details confirmed

Fans of upcoming open-world action game Grand Theft Auto V will be able to pick up their copies from midnight at selected EB Games stores, the retailer announced today.

The game is scheduled for release on September 17 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The game will reportedly feature single-player and multi-player achievements. The multiplayer mode, which was recently revealed as GTA Online, will allow players to complete missions cooperatively.

Grand Theft Auto V received an R18+ classification rating for strong impact themes, violence, language, nudity, sex, and high-impact drug use. The local game will be identical to the versions of the game sold in other territories.
