Activision releases another of their trademark live-action trailers.

It's that time of the year again when Activision releases live-action Call of Duty trailers for its upcoming game. This time, we get one for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare that features Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps and comedic actor Danny McBride (This Is the End).

The trailer opens on a fictional Earth where Europe leaves the EU and a debate moderator punches a presidential candidate in the face. One fed-up citizen says, "Screw this, let's go to space," and blasts off in a rocket. Lots of shooty-bang-bang happens and then Phelps and McBride show up.

Now Playing: Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - Live Action Trailer

"Boom! This is my pool, sea monkey!" McBride bellows at Phelps. The 23-time Olympic gold medallist is not impressed. You can watch the full trailer in the embed above.

Players recently got the chance to try Infinite Warfare in two different beta phases. Lead multiplayer designer Joe Cecot said that the feedback it received from the test period will help improve the final product.

"We got some excellent player insights into how to best optimize our new matchmaking system and how to balance our new weapons and equipment to create the best quality matches possible for launch," he said.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare releases November 4 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Special editions that start at $80 come with a remastered version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, which won't be sold on its own, at least at launch.

If you preorder a premium version of Infinite Warfare on PS4, you can play Modern Warfare Remastered's campaign now. It'll only include 10 of the original game's multiplayer maps at launch, but all 16 are planned to release by the end of 2016.
