GodGames announces Railroad Tycoon II Platinum Edition

GodGames, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive, today announced that it will publish Railroad Tycoon II Platinum Edition in August. The special edition will include the original Railroad Tycoon II strategy game, the Railroad Tycoon II: The Second Century expansion pack, and 50 new scenarios. In addition, the Platinum Edition will come with the official strategy guide in electronic format along with a soundtrack containing more than two hours of original blues music.

Railroad Tycoon II was first released in 1998, followed by Railroad Tycoon II: The Second Century in 1999. Railroad Tycoon II Platinum Edition adds a variety of new scenarios to the series, including both original scenarios created by PopTop Software as well as a number of fan-created scenarios.
