Some games are too ridiculous to not exist. One of those games, is Goat Simulator.

Following in the whimsical ridiculousness of games like Surgeon Simulator (but not from the same development team), Goat Simulator puts you in the role of a realistic-looking goat who can explore his open-world environment, pick things up with his tongue, and cause ridiculous amounts of havoc.

It's a weird game you can check out in the trailer below.

You might remember the developer, Coffee Stain Studios, from their work on the independent Sanctum games. But who can you thank for bringing this game to retail reality? We don't want to take all the credit, but GameSpot editor Danny O'Dwyer did film a segment for his quickly video show The Point titled Goat Simulator Needs to Happen

As Danny said, "Games should be dumb once in a while. And sometimes those number people need to be reminded of that."

Goat Simulator is available for pre-order now for $9.99, and it is set to release later this spring.
