After three years, and a number of successful runs in international tournaments, and several domestic tournament victories, the German protoss Socker has departed from his team Alternate. Socke, who has competed tirelessly on both the European and North American continents for the past three years was the organisation's last representative for SC2 after Jonathan 'DarKFoRcE' Belke's retired in February last year.
With the loss of Alternate's League of Legends team as well, one can wonder what the plans for the long-standing German organisation is, and whether they will invest further in to SC2 or LoL.
