Target's Deal Days sale continues, overlapping with Prime Day 2019.

Even though Amazon Prime Day will get a lot of attention this week, Target is taking direct aim (get it) at its competitor with the launch of its very own storewide Deal Days sale, competing with Amazon's mega annual sale running through midnight on July 16. Target's intent is to note that, unlike Amazon, which requires a Prime subscription to take advantage of its sale, there's no such barrier of entry to Deal Days. Target REDcard holders will also get an additional 5% off of everything, and there will be free, two-day shipping on all orders $35 and up (and all orders period for REDcard holders).

Both Amazon Prime Day and Target's Deal Days are in full swing as of this time, and we'll continually update this post with fresh sales. If you're in the market for an Xbox One bundle, you can get $50 Target gift card with your purchase. Each bundle comes with a free game, like The Division 2, NBA 2K19, Battlefield V, and more. For Playstation fans, another deal of note is for last year's Playstation Classic console. As of this time, it is currently priced at $20, which is the lowest it has been since its release in 2018. In addition to other hardware, the following bundles are currently discounted, which makes the deal especially worth it:

Right now, Target is also offering a great deal on a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online family membership, which grants up to eight Nintendo account holders access to Switch Online (so the more friends you split it with, the more you save). Normally sold for $35, you can get a year of Switch Online for $28 at Target. Note that you can stack memberships of the same type (so if you already have an active family plan, this membership will just extend your time), but you can't combine a family membership with an individual membership.

There's a variety of different games, both digital and physical releases, that have discounts applied. We also know the sale in particular includes 10% off digital game downloads, including full games, add-ons, in-game currencies, and season passes. Those deals are also live now and span a wide range of Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One titles. Here's a roundup of the noteworthy digital and physical releases that are on sale:

PS4

Switch

Xbox One

With E3 2019 in the rearview mirror and the fall release blitz still in the distance, deals season for gaming is in full swing. Steam's Summer Sale just ended, offering some of the biggest discounts on PC games all year. In addition to Prime Day, GameStop's storewide summer sale is also live with plenty of PS4, Switch, and Xbox One game discounts as well as markdowns on consoles and accessories. The Amazon-owned Twitch Prime is also giving away several freebies around Prime Day, including free PC games, Apex Legends skins, Red Dead Redemption 2 rewards, and more.
