Get A DualShock 4 And PC Adapter For Only $40 (US Only)

The Starter Kit is marked down nicely right now.

US retailer Best Buy is currently running a very solid deal on an accessory bundle that comes with a DualShock 4 and a PC adapter for Sony's streaming service, PlayStation Now.

The "Starter Kit," as it's called, is going for $40 right now instead of its normal $70 price. $40 is less than the price of a DualShock 4 ($60), while the adapter itself normally goes for $25 on its own. So even if you don't have PlayStation Now, this is a good deal and will save you money if you decide to subscribe to the service one day.

Go to Best Buy's website here to learn more and place an order. As the store says, it is the exclusive seller of the Starter Kit. The deals site Slickdeals brought this offer to our attention.

In March, Sony announced that PlayStation 4 games are coming to PlayStation Now, adding to the huge library of PS3 games that is already available. These will be included as part of the standard subscription, not as some kind of premium add-on, and there's no indication--at least at this point--that the service's price ($20/month or $45/three months) will be going up.

In other news, Sony announced that PlayStation Now support on platforms other than PC and PS4 will be shut down in the coming months. It said at the time, "[W]e decided to shift our focus and resources to PS4 and Windows PC to further develop and improve the user experience on these two devices. This move puts us in the best position to grow the service even further."
