While the video game industry might be converging in Los Angeles next week for the 2010 Electronic Entertainment Expo, the rest of the world's attention is firmly centered on South Africa, and, more specifically, the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Despite that terrible scheduling decision by the gods of soccer, GameSpot will have you covered with our ongoing World Cup 2010 feature.

In addition to a rundown on each and every team participating in the tournament, we'll be bringing you full matches and highlights of every match throughout the month-long World Cup competition (using EA's 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa). Here's the full video of Saturday's epic showdown between England and the USA to whet your appetite:

@mr3bdulla What BrianEk said. Except not all 0-0 draws are boring, and not necessarily all 3-2 wins in FIFA are exciting. But still, I'll appreciate watching the simulations here if only the video was loading.. which it isn't in any of my 3 browsers (FF, chrome & IE), well not on this page at least. Nothing's wrong with watching the virtual matchups here, I loved the Ashes feature Gamespot staff used to do but I haven't seen it this year. Also the SuperBowl predictions, even though I'm not even a fan of American Football at all. I personally would like to see GameSpot have more sports features especially these video game renditions a little ahead of real world matches/games to offer us a fun prediction to see how close the results might be to each other.

@mr3bdulla -- Because you love soccer and can't get enough? Because a 3-2 victory in a fake game is a billion times better than a godawful virtually unwatchable 0-0 draw in the real thing?
