GameSpot's Best of Show Winners for E3 2013

destiny then watchdogs and I really liked the crew

but where the hell was call of duty ghosts in the conference, i havent seen any videos or heard anything about it at e3

1) Killzone: S.F. (Please!, Sony, please! upgrade PSN for PS4, lag really hurt Killzone multiplayer)

2) Destiny (Wow!)

3) Batman: Arkham Origins (Thought the last one was more than a large enough world! Dear Lord!)

4) Battlefield 4 (Wow!: part 2. Not a big BF fan, but that looked incredible...Could we at least have the option of turning off the cheesy narration during multiplayer? I'm not five years old.)

5) Infamous: Second Son (playing Infamous is like having a second job... Except with beer drinking and exercising superpowers....always a good time)

6) Watch Dogs (This falls in the range of good to all-time classic so far. Can't wait to find out where it ends up!)

Guys forget the rules. It doesn't matter if it was playable or not. Why? Because if you are making a list and you weren't there, YOU DIDN'T PLAY ANY OF THESE GAMES!

So, with that in mind, resume list making!

Destiny. Easily.

Anyone else have some deep concerns about FFXV? I know over 6 years has gone into that game, but I still don't think the action-rpg element isn't a great idea for that franchise. Hasn't been a great FF since X. I really hope my mind gets put at ease about it soon.

Yeah, the Ubisoft presentation was great. Splinter Cell, The Crew, AC IV, Watch Dogs and the amazing looking The Division...among others. Ubi really bringing their A game! Too many great games to mention but I would agree The Division truly stood out as an incredible looking experience. Destiny, FFXV, Infamous Second Son, LoS2, DS II...but The Division for me!

MGS5 would have won if it was playable.

I have already preorderd BF4, Infoumous 2, Killzone, Destiny and Watch dogs for ps4 on Amazon. so I guess that my list.

1. The Division

2. Metal Gear Solid V

The rest I am not completely sold on. Not yet at least.

Bayonetta 2...I am seriously tempted to buy a Wii U just for that. Really need a first rate action game to wash the putrid taste of Ninja Gaiden 3 out. The Witcher 3 sounds like another great sequel too. For something that actually has the potential to be a new gameplay experience and not just a sequel or rehash: The Divison or Titanfall.

How do you decide what games are best from just a small incomplete demo?

Get rid of battlefield 4 and Mario cart 8 ( 8 for Christ sakes ) and put in MGS V and Rysen.

As I'm looking over most of the people's lists here, it is becoming quite evident that everyone watch the Sony and Microsoft press conferences and neglected to watch the Ubisoft one. If you had, you would have seen the most impressive game that I have seen in a VERY long time: "The Division."

I know I sound like a broken record but you guys NEED to check that out if you haven't already. I haven't been this excited for a game in a long time.

wish dark souls 2 and thief made the list, but it's a pretty solid list. titanfall hasn't really awed me, but from the way everyone reacted on the sign off, there has to be something interesting about it.

Also Fantasia sparked my interest as well.

It was a tie between BF4 and The Division for me. How could you not like the destruction in BF4 and The Division was impressive.

I'm upset Gamespot. Where's Company of Heroes 2?

Where is Call of Duty : Ghosts ???

TitanFall, Watch Dogs, Ryse, Destiny and Thief looked awesome. TitanFall was my favorite game at E3 hands down. Those Titans along with those jet backpacks looked incredible.

Best game I saw was "The Division." Nothing else came even close in my mind.

If you somehow overlooked that game, I suggest you take a look and revise your list. THAT is going to be the game of the year for 2014. Simply amazing.
