GameSpot World of Warcraft beta contest open

World of Warcraft is one of the most hotly anticipated new online role-playing games, combining the rich world of Blizzard's Warcraft series with deep online gameplay. Blizzard has closed public sign-ups for the test, but if you didn't make the cut, there's still hope.

After a small GameSpot beta contest in June, GameSpot Complete subscribers now have a second chance to win a beta slot. The randomly chosen winners of these sought-after World of Warcraft beta slots will be guaranteed swift entry into the game. To enter, fill out the information on the contest sign-up page before 12pm PST on August 18. Only GameSpot Complete members who reside in the United States or Canada are eligible for this promotion.
