GameSpot UK hosting Child of Eden BAFTA event
Come and see legendary games designer Tetsuya Mizuguchi talk about his upcoming Kinect title, as well as Sega classics including Rez, Space Channel 5, and Sega Rally.
On Friday 8 April, GameSpot UK will be hosting an evening at BAFTA in London with Q Entertainment's Tetsuya Mizuguchi. The designer of classics including Lumines, Rez, and Sega Rally will be talking about his work on the upcoming game Child of Eden, which launches on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this year.
The event will be a chance to get an exclusive peek into the making of the game, which will be playable with traditional controllers as well as motion-based peripherals such as the Kinect and Move. You will also be able to see the game in action, pose your questions to Mizuguchi himself, and meet the GameSpot UK team in the bar afterwards.
You can get tickets and find out more over on the BAFTA site, but make sure you keep an eye on GameSpot UK over the next week for a chance to win tickets and some very cool prizes. We'll be giving away tickets on Facebook, Twitter, The GameSpot UK Podcast, and Start/Select, where publisher Ubisoft has given us a Kinect sensor to give away. For more on Child of Eden, check out our previews, interviews, and gameplay footage over on Xbox 360 and PS3.
