Fuller House is a spinoff from the beloved '90s family show. The new show follows the widowed D.J. Tanner-Fuller (played by Candace Cameron Bure) as she raises her three children. Sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and the former-neighbor Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber) move in with DJ at the Tanner home in San Francisco to help raise her children.
Stars of the original, including Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, and Lori Loughlin, also appear in the show, but have smaller parts. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen do not appear in the series, a point that is referenced in a fourth wall-breaking segment in Fuller House's first episode.

The first season of Fuller House debuted in February. Reactions were mixed, from critics and fans alike. Netflix has not shared any viewership numbers for the show, but they were apparently good enough, as Netflix announced a second season less than a week after the first one debuted.
There were 13 episodes in Fuller House's first season, though it remains to be seen how many Season 2 will have. According to E Online, Season 2 will see D.J. attend her high school reunion, where she will encounter ex-boyfriend Nelson. Jason Marsden played the role in Full House, but Hal Sparks will play him in Fuller House.
