Free Xbox One/360 Games With Gold for September 2016 Revealed

After revealing one of the month's two Xbox One games early, Microsoft has now shared the full Games With Gold lineup for September.

On Xbox One, indie RPG Earthlock: Festival of Magic will be joined by Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China. The Xbox 360 lineup--also accessible on Xbox One through backward compatibility--consists of Mirror's Edge and the excellent Forza Horizon.

Now Playing: Xbox September Games with Gold

Earthlock and Horizon will be available from September 1, with China and Mirror's Edge becoming free on September 16. The full schedule for the new games coming to Xbox Live Gold subscribers follows at the bottom of this post.

You can still claim the current slate of Games With Gold titles, two of which (Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate and Beyond Good & Evil HD) will leave at the end of August. WWE 2K16 remains available on Xbox One until September 15.
