Below is a breakdown of the upcoming free DLC for Rory McIlroy PGA Tour.

  • Golfers: Dustin Johnson, Henrik Stenson
  • Fantasy Course: Treasure Island
  • Real-World Courses: Quail Hollow (North Carolina), TPC Stadium at PGA West (California), Oakmont Country Club (Pennsylvania)
  • New Play Now Modes: Skins, Four Ball, Alternate Shot, and Best Ball

EA Sports has not announced specific release dates or released any images/videos for this content. The developer says it plans to share more details about this content "in the weeks ahead."

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour launched in July for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with just eight courses and 12 characters. The first of the game's free DLC, the TPC Scottsdale course, was released in August, while the East Lake course arrived in September.

GameSpot's Rory McIlroy PGA Tour review scored it a 4/10. Critic Josiah Renaudin called it a "swing and a miss," in part for its lack of content at launch.

"Whether you want to call it a shank, a duff, or a whiff, all that really matters is that Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is a poor effort from a series that was looking to make a splash in its generational debut," he said.
