Fortnite Marvel Challenge Guide: How To Complete Superhero Challenges Easily

Fortnite Season 4 has brought all sorts of Marvel challenges to the battle royale. They all require a special item--one of the mythic weapons that give players special abilities--that can be difficult to get. This guide will show you an easy way to complete these challenges and earn additional experience to help you get through Season 4's extra long grind.

How Do I Complete Marvel Challenges?

Marvel Knockout, the limited-time team death match mode that was added to Fortnite alongside Season 4, is the best way to complete these challenges. The mode automatically gives you select abilities, including the Silver Surfer Board, Iron Man Repulsor Gauntlet's, Groot's Ball, and more during matches. It makes it much easier to complete these challenges.

There are a number of Marvel challenges, and more are bound to come as Season 4 has been extended past the usual 10-week period. Here are a few challenges from earlier weeks:

• Deal damage after knocking an opponent with Storm’s Whirlwind Blast
• Deal damage after knocking an opponent back with Black Panther's Kinetic Shockwave

Finding the mythic weapons in regular battle royale matches (found in supply drones at Quinjets or by killing the heroes scattered across the map) is difficult. Even when you do get them, you probably won't deal enough damage to complete a challenge before the match ends. That's why Marvel Knockout is useful.

Playing Marvel Knockout will also help you finish punch cards, which give you 15,000 experience points a pop. There are punchcards for every hero ability, from Storm's Whirlwind Blast to Dr. Doom's Arcane Gauntlets, that will award you tens of thousands of experience points if you play enough. It's easy to level up three or four times after playing for a short time.

Is Marvel Knockout Currently Available?

Marvel Knockout is not available right now. It was replaced by Rally Royale and then the Halloween Fortnitemares event. It will be coming back, though. Epic Games said that there would be three more Marvel Knockout tournaments like the one the studio hosted with the new Daredevil skin. The upcoming tournaments could feature Black Panther, Venom, or Ghost Rider.

Fortnite will be available at launch for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PS5. It will be coming to Unreal Engine 5 on those platforms in 2021, as well.
