Fortnite Challenge List: Radar Signs, Flaming Hoops, And More (Week 5)

Alongside the ongoing Fortnitemares challenges, Fortnite: Battle Royale players have reached Week 5 of Season 6. As with every Thursday weekly reset, that means there's a whole new batch of weekly challenges for you to complete. Doing these is vital if you want to unlock fresh cosmetics, as completing challenges rewards you with the Battle Stars needed to level up your Battle Pass. This week's challenges in the free section, which is available to everyone, involve recording a speed of 27 or more on five different Radar Signs. On top that, you'll need to jump through five flaming hoops while in a Shopping Kart or ATK. There's also a three-part challenge that begins with doing damage using Tactical Shotguns.

The other challenges are only available to those with a paid Battle Pass. These ask players to kill two enemies from closer than 5m away, do 500 damage with SMGs, kill two enemies with a Minigun, and do 200 damage with standard pistols. Take a look at the full list of challenges below.

Fortnite Season 6, Week 5 Challenges

Free

• Record a speed of 27 or more on different Radar Signs (5) -- 5 Battle Stars
• Jump through flaming hoops with a Shopping Cart or ATK (5) -- 5 Battle Stars
• Deal damage with Tactical Shotguns to opponents (Part 1 of 3) (200) -- 3 Battle Stars

Battle Pass

• Eliminate an opponent from closer than 5m away (2) -- 5 Battle Stars
• Deal damage with SMGs to opponents (500) -- 5 Battle Star
• Minigun eliminations (2) -- 10 Battle Stars
• Deal damage with standard Pistols to opponents (Part 1 of 3) (200) -- 3 Battle Stars

These aren't the only challenges available this week, however. Epic Games recently rolled out Fortnite update 6.20 and, as part of that, the Fortnitemares Halloween event. This is an ongoing world event that provides players with the opportunity to get the new Outlander skin, alongside other cosmetics. However, you'll need to complete a bunch of challenges to do this.
