FACEIT League Season 2 has come to an end with Fnatic's 3:1 victory over iBUYPOWER in grand finals.

The opening map of the match was de_dust2 which was won by the NA team with a 16:8 score. De_mirage once again proved to be a tricky map for iBUYPOWER as Fnatic took a clean victory and equaled the score. The third and the fourth map also went to Fnatic's favor as they took 16:14 and 16:10 wins on de_nuke and de_inferno respectively, which earned them first spot at Milan Games Week event and $20,000 prize.

Fnatic's Freddy 'KRiMZ' Johansson was one of the key players to his team's success in the finals. With a 89 kills and only 60 deaths he was the best performing player of the set. One of the highlights of the match and something that you should definitely not miss out is the 10th round of the 3rd map, de_nuke, where KRiMZ defended the B site alone. iBUYPOWER's Braxton 'swag' Pierce was the 2nd best performing player with 82:65 score. He proved once again why he is considered to be one of the best NA players in the CS:GO scene. He is currently ranked 15th on HLTV's list of the best players in the world.

Fnatic stormed through the event with a 9:1 map score. The biggest upset of the event was iBUYPOWER's clean 2:0 victory over StarLadder XI champions LDLC who were the tournament favorites. Final standings and earnings can be seen below:
