First Look: Tomb Raider on GBC
We deliver the first screenshots of Lara's 2D outing on the Game Boy Color, slated to hit stores next March.
GameSpot News has gotten its hands on the first screens of Tomb Raider for the Game Boy Color. Announced in November, this is Lara's first episode on Nintendo's handheld system.
Tomb Raider is now in 2D for the device. It will likely feature gameplay more akin to Prince of Persia and Contra than to Lara's 3D travels depicted in previous Tomb Raider titles. Look over our accompanying screens and you'll see what we mean.
Currently, no other details are known about the game, but stay tuned to videogames.com for a full preview. Tomb Raider for the Game Boy Color is slated for release in March 2000.
