Australia-based Home Entertainment Suppliers has released the first information on Rugby League, which is currently in development at New Zealand-based SIDHE Interactive for the PC, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. The game will feature accurate information for a number of rugby league teams from both Australia and New Zealand, and each individual player in the game will have ratings for 12 different attributes. Matches will be played in 15 accurately re-created stadiums and in weather conditions that will include rain and an option to play games at night.

Further information on Rugby League is scarce at present, and although the game is scheduled for release in Australia and New Zealand sometime in October, distribution for other countries has not been confirmed at this time. We'll bring you more information on Rugby League as soon as it becomes available.
