First Look: Guilty Gear 2

Arc Systems has been hard at work developing the next installment in the Guilty Gear series. And from these early screens, the game looks like something worth getting excited about. Making use of the NAOMI board, this 2D fighter looks to offer some really crisp and clear 2D sprites, as well as some nice-looking special effects.

Guilty Gear 2 will be hitting the arcade scene early next year. After that, there's a good chance of Dreamcast or PlayStation2 ports. We'll be back soon with some more information about the game, but for now, make sure to browse through these screens.
