Ubi Soft has today announced that it will publish CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for the PC in March next year. The game, which will take the form of a first-person adventure, is based on the CBS television series of the same name and will feature likenesses of the entire cast of the show.

Assuming the role of a CSI agent working alongside the rest of the CSI team in Las Vegas, players will be charged with solving five different crimes. To solve the investigations, players will have access to equipment such as finger print dusters, UV lights, and casting kits. Players will also get to interrogate witnesses and suspects.

When Ubi Soft 2851663signed the licensing agreement with CBS Consumer Products and Alliance Atlantis in February, it stated that the game would be released for consoles as well as the PC, but a Ubi Soft representative told us that there are no plans for console versions at this time.
