Firaxis Games today announced it is adding three new members to its internal development teams. Michael Breitkreutz, Soren Johnson, and Jacob Solomon are joining the studio as it expands its staff to complete its upcoming strategy games. Michael Breitkreutz in particular comes to Firaxis after having spent six years as lead programmer at DreamForge Intertainment, where he worked on projects like Ravenloft: Stone Prophet, Chronomaster, and Sanitarium.

Jeff Briggs, president and CEO of Firaxis Games, said, "Both the Dinosaur project and Civilization III will benefit from their talents."

Following last year's Alpha Centauri, Civilization III and the as-yet-unnamed Dinosaurs game will round out Firaxis' Sweep of Time series of games.
