Tecmo has officially announced that its survival horror game Fatal Frame will be released on the Xbox. Tecmo plans to add a few new features for the Xbox version, including new costumes and new characters. In the game, players assume the role of Miku, who is searching for her brother in the haunted Himuro Mansion.

"Fatal Frame is a terrifying, edge-of-your-seat adventure that will have you jumping out of your skin with terror," said Tony Tarpey, marketing manager for Tecmo. "We wouldn't want any of our fans to miss out on that experience."

Fatal Frame is scheduled for release on the Xbox this Halloween.
