Far Cry 6 Update 1.03 Addresses Bugs On All Platforms

Along with a new patch, the game's first title update is on the way.

Last night, Ubisoft pushed out a brand-new patch for Far Cry 6 which aims to address general bugs and various other performance issues on certain platforms.

The update size varies depending on which platform, but none are bigger than 2.5GB, as the patch seems to be a quick hotfix.

Far Cry 6 1.03 Patch Notes

The update sizes are:

  • PC: 1.1 GB
  • Xbox One: 512 MB
  • Xbox Series X/S: 2.4 GB
  • PlayStation 4: 772 MB
  • PlayStation 5: 536 MB

PlayStation 4:

  • General bug fixes

PlayStation 5:

  • Fixed an issue that caused English voice assets to be missing for some regions on PlayStation 5
  • General bug fixes

Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S:

  • General bug fixes

PC, Luna, and Stadia:

  • Fixed an issue that could cause performance issues when the Ubisoft Connect overlay was enabled on PC
  • General bug fixes

In addition, Ubisoft also confirmed that it is also continuing work on the first title update for Far Cry 6 which will include brand new post-launch content, performance improvements, and more bug fixes. New information is expected to be revealed soon, the publisher noted.

Following the launch of Far Cry 6, Ubisoft revealed the content roadmap for the game and announced that Stranger Things, Rambo, and Danny Trejo would be arriving in the game as free post-launch DLC missions. Far Cry 6 also has an optional $40 season pass, which will also feature new episodic content, as well as outfits, gear, and more.
