A look at some of the best player-made maps to come out this week.

Far Cry 5 is an engrossing story-based experience, and one that will likely take you 25 hours or longer to complete. But the game includes an even bigger cache of content in its Arcade Mode, with enough new ways to play to keep you occupied for as long as you want. Arcade Mode is a map editor mode that allows players to make and play each other's unique single-player, co-op, and competitive multiplayer experiences.

In the video above, Jake and Joey show off their top five favorite new maps of the week. From a western-themed Assault map to a Journey map that will remind you of The Last of Us, you can really see the variety of fan-made gameplay experiences Arcade Mode has to offer. All of these maps are captured on PC, but the PS4 version includes Arcade Mode too. If you're looking for even more recommendations (and tips on a few maps to avoid), check out some of the best and worst maps we've played so far in Far Cry 5. The system should, in theory, promote the best maps to you, so players will get the chance to try out the most well-made experiences. That's thanks to a built-in voting system where you can like or dislike a map. In addition to choosing the maps you'd like to play, there's also Arcade Hero, where you randomly play through newer maps. As an added bonus, playing through maps in Arcade Hero results in currency and Perks in Far Cry 5's main campaign.
