Fallout 4's upcoming Automatron expansion will offer at least five new achievements to unlock, according to an image pulled from the game's Steam version (via Xbox Achievements). The rumored achievements are robot-themed, which makes sense given Automatron's tagline is "Robots, Robots, and More Robots!"

According to the Steam listing, the achievements are:

  • Robot Hunter
  • The Most Toys
  • Headhunting
  • Mechanical Menace
  • Restoring Order

In Automatron, a mysterious character known as the Mechanist unleashes a "horde of evil robots," including one named Robobrain, into post-apocalyptic Boston. Players must hunt them down and gather their parts in an effort to build and customize a robot of their own.

"Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun," reads a line from the DLC's official description. Players can also customize their robot's paint scheme and select a voice for it.

The $10 Automatron expansion launches in March across PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It is the first of at least three add-ons for the game and will be followed by Wasteland Workshop in April and Far Harbor in May. Also arriving in April for PC will be Fallout 4's Creation Kit, according to director Todd Howard.

You can get all three expansions through the $30 Fallout 4 DLC pass. Its price goes up to $50 on March 1.

I thiiink I'll hold off until Far Harbor is out, and then buy all three at once (maybe they'll even get a Steam sale).

The new Survival mode is what I am really looking forward to. Game saves disabled except on sleeping, require food, sleep, diseases, fast travel disabled, increased difficulty, etc. How it should be! The three + expansions are just icing on the cake. Playing Far Cry Primal until the Survival mode is launched and then straight back into Fallout 4 with a new character.

@Salt_AU: Hopefully the new survival mode is separate from the difficulty setting. I want the survival options, but I don't want all the badguys to take a billion bullets to kill.

Is it just me or am I the only one that has completely run out of things to do in the Wasteland? I'm level 55 and there's is nothing new to discover at all, just respawns of ghouls and raiders x infinity.

It really doesn't make sense to include all these mods and customization for a game with zero replay value. I think I've murdered every single person in Boston. There's nothing to do. Only bought the season pass for far harbor. I'm sure I'll regret it as it'll probably be "build meaningless settlements, brainlessly kill kill kill kill kill, no redeeming story or lore"

@nikolistary: It could just end and be done. I will take your word and slow down as I just started, plus if I go slower I can enjoy the new DLC mixed with the game. I just started building the first base camp and must say its is a blast.

Saw em a few days ago and was like, wait what? I thought "Benevolent Leader" was the last achievement to be finished. Then I realized it was for the DLC and wet my pants. That said, if they had already released the mod kit then I wouldnt need this...

I'm ready for the patch that makes survival mode much harder. Hopefully it will be bulky enough to warrant a 2nd playthrough. I would also like the faction system from FNV to make a return.
