THQ has confirmed that its latest third-person action game Evil Dead: Hail to the King has shipped to stores. The game was developed by Heavy Iron Studios, a division of THQ. It was previously released on the Sony PlayStation and the Sega Dreamcast. It follows the story of the popular Evil Dead horror-film trilogy created by Sam Raimi. Players assume the role of Ash, a man armed with a shotgun and a chainsaw who is on a quest to destroy hordes of undead creatures.
