Even more evidence for Far Cry 4 comes to light
Latest information comes from Ubisoft Shanghai studio design manager, who lists "the next Far Cry" on his LinkedIn resume.
More evidence for the existence of Far Cry 4 has emerged, this time thanks to the LinkedIn profile of a Ubisoft Shanghai employee, who listed "the next Far Cry" on his resume.
He has since amended his profile to remove mention of the game, but not before Joystiq was able to document what it said. Unfortunately, no other details were provided. The game's plot, setting, and platforms remain a mystery.
This latest information follows a blunt statement from Drive composer Cliff Martinez, who said in October that he was "working on a video game called Far Cry 4." And during E3 2013, Ubisoft marketing executive Tony Key assured fans that a fourth installment is on the way. "[Far Cry] is a great brand, and now it's got the recognition it deserves, so we're clearly going to make another one," he said at the time.
