EVE developers will get tattoos and shave heads for Philippines relief campaign
Charity livestream will take place on December 7.
Icelandic developer CCP Games, maker of EVE Online and Dust 514, will host a charity livestream as part of its ongoing drive to help those affected by Typhoon Haiyan.
The stream follows the PLEX for Good campaign that allows EVE players to donate in-game to the relief efforts, which has already raised over $43,000.
For every $2,000 raised on the stream, CCP Dolan will be shot with a paintball. If $50,000 is raised, CCP Lebowsi will get a Minimatar logo tattoo, GM Spider will get an Amarr logo, and CCP Dolan will have the number 50 waxed into his chest.
CCP Guard will spar against a Tae Kwon Do medalist for $60, and for $75,000 GM CiD will get a Wreckage sleeve tattoo on his arm.
For $55,000, CCP Gargant will shave his head, and if the donation total reaches $125,000 then CCP Mimic will shave her head.
CCP says more donation targets will be revealed on the stream, which can be viewed on Twitch and takes place from 13:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC on December 7.
More information on the event can be found on CCP's site.
