Em@il Games Gets 100,000th Player

Hasbro's e-mail-enabled games from Scrabble to NASCAR to X-COM have become popular.

Hasbro Interactive has announced that more then 100,000 people are playing its Em@il Games series of titles. Players either buy the complete game or download the demo and have a friend do the same. One player makes a move, sends it to their opponent, the opponent adds that move to their game, makes their move, and sends that back to the first player.

Hasbro has eight different types of Em@il Games for all sorts of gamers including Em@il Scrabble, Em@il X-COM, Em@il NFL Football, Em@il NASCAR, Em@il Clue, Em@il Battleship, Em@il Upwords, and Em@il Grandmaster Chess.
