The character did resemble Ellen Page and a lot of people thought she was playing Ellie back before they changed the character's appearance. I doubt Page follows this stuff very closely and was referring to the old design, I imagine it was annoying since she was working on Beyond:Two Souls and people thought she was working on TLoU.

I was playing Skyrim recently, just walking, and I'm not bullshitting when I say that I saw a rock the looked roughly the same as a rock I own in my front yard.

I already think Naughty Dog did enough tweaking her model to get rid of some of the likeness. She originally did look just like her, but after seeing her in game, I can definitely see a reasonable difference.

If she's complaining about the character shown beside her in GameSpot's article...no, she doesn't look anything like that character. The jaw looks a lot different, and both the shape and colour of the eyes are different, and the game character has pale freckled skin. But hey, they both have brown hair in a similar, though not uncommon, style.

Ellie could have looked like lady gaga, ND made a contender for the game of the year! Well i can say that the new Lara Croft looks a bit like Jessica Alba, they have to look similar to us, so it makes the game more engaging. So what does she want, money? attention? or a slap?
