The Elder Scrolls Online will receive an update that lets all players explore the MMO's world freely, Bethesda announced at its E3 conference on Sunday.

The update, called One Tamriel, is built in such a way that players aren't restricted by level, quests, or alliances when it comes to travelling throughout all of the game's locations--all you have to do is finish the tutorial, and you're free to explore.
