This is the 2012 iteration of the game, not the one released in 2005. It's an open-world racing game developed by Criterion, the studio responsible for the Burnout series.
As is always the case with the On the House promotion, this is the full game you're able to download for free. You can grab it through Origin and then keep it forever without paying a cent. Previous On the House games have included Dead Space, Syndicate, and Jade Empire.
Most Wanted received a 7.5 in GameSpot's review, which praised its driving action and police chases while criticizing its narrative and online challenges.
