Titanfall is exclusive to Xbox and PC, and will never be released on PlayStation or Nintendo platforms. However, potential sequels could be released on multiple platforms, Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen said yesterday during the UBS Global Technology Conference.

"I’m sure that there will be future Titanfalls at some point that may be on multiple product platforms. [I] don’t know, that’s up to the teams that are going through that now," Jorgensen said. "But at the end of the day, we’re excited about this Titanfall and we think it will be a big title and it will be great for Xbox One."

On the subject of why Titanfall is exclusive to Xbox and PC, Jorgensen said it was simply a business decision that made sense for EA and Microsoft.

Titanfall will be released on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on March 11, 2014. Toy company K'NEX announced this week that it will create a line of playsets based on Titanfall.
