There's a lot of beloved Star Wars titles in that list. The notable standouts are Tie Fighter and all three Jedi Knight games, all of which still have fierce fanbases to this day. Shadows of the Empire is also a fairly good game and is highly regarded for its opening Hoth level. Bounty Hunter was popular for its time and most likely the primary inspiration for the canceled Star Wars 1313 game that would have seen players take on the role of a bounty hunter. Back in the day, a lot of these games were canon as well, filling in plot points and holes. However, thanks to Disney, that is no longer the case.

It's been a pretty big E3 for Star Wars, as Respawn finally revealed gameplay for its upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game during EA's press conference. Fallen Order takes inspiration from both From Software's Bloodborne and Retro Studios' Metroid Prime. The game stars Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan who managed to escape Order 66 and now lives in hiding from the Galactic Empire. Combat is tactical, rewarding players for thinking through how they swing their lightsaber and when they use one of Cal's many Force powers.
