Bethesda shared a ton of new details about Fallout 76 during its E3 2018 press conference. On top of confirming the game will feature online play, the publisher revealed there will be base-building elements. During the game, players will be able to set up a bases anywhere using an item called the Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform, or CAMP. These can be placed down in the world and allow players to construct an impromptu camp.

In the video clip shared during the press conference, we got to see the player laying down walls and decorating the base with pool tables, toilets, and other household objects. Your CAMP can also be picked up and relocated, allowing you to move your base anywhere in the world.

Fallout 76 is the first installment chronologically in the series. Bethesda says its world is four times larger than that of Fallout 4. Despite the game's heavy emphasis on multiplayer, players will still be able to quest and level up solo, although they'll have an easier time if they venture with a squad.

In addition to those details, Bethesda confirmed Fallout 76's release date and shared a wide-ranging assortment of other trailers and game reveals. The title will launch for PS4, Xbox One, and PC later this year, on November 14. You can take a look at a gallery of new screenshots from the game above.
