E3 2018: Anthem Pre-Order Bonuses And Release Date Confirmed

EA's E3 2018 showcase ended with an extended discussion and gameplay demo of Anthem before revealing the game's release date. However, if you can't wait to throw down your money, then you can pre-order it now and receive some bonuses in return.

Everyone who pre-orders Anthem will receive VIP demo access and an in-game Founders banner, but you'll get more content depending on which version you choose. The Standard edition comes with a legendary weapon and the Legion of Dawn Armor Pack for the Ranger Javelin.

Everyone who pre-orders or purchases the Legion of Dawn edition after launch will receive the full set of Legion of Dawn Armor Packs, including the one that comes with the Standard edition. That means every class of Javelin will get its own armor, not just the Ranger. Legion of Dawn edition purchasers will also get a Ranger Javelin gear attachment, the digital soundtrack, and more.

There are also ways to play the game early. Origin Access Premier members will get the full PC version with unlimited access on February 15, while EA Access and Origin Access Basic members get a 10-hour Play First Trial. Anthem is scheduled to release on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 22, 2019, and you can read more details about the game's reveal in our livestream recap.
