E3 2014: Here's Your Look at Far Cry 4's Insane Villain

ok that was absolutely awesome, passport in hand while riding a bus in an strange country and surrounded by local soldiers with little reserves (yeah one can assume that) about killing foreigners , deja vu.

Wow never saw India highlighted in gaming in this big a way. I mean, there were dialogues in Hindi. And of course the villain looks great - looks like Ubisoft's got the Far Cry series on track with Far Cry 3 and now this. The key being, bad-a** villains !!!

That feel when the locals speak your native tongue, makes the game so much more immersive.

It would be awesome if the player was like his henchman. I'm getting tired of the whole "fight for freedom" thingie. We already have Assassin's Creed for that.

Based off this video alone, who's to say he's actually the villain? Or better worded, who's to say he's the antagonist? Perhaps (probably not) they'll do a multi-protagonist thing. He did say after all, "you and I are going to tear shi+ up".

Maybe its wrong of me to say, but why not have the villain be the protagonist? Playing as the bad guy isn't unheard of, but its rare and makes for a nice spin.

That junk aside, game looks amazing, can't wait to play it.

Ok, I think I have figured it out. They have designed this villain to be hated and it's genius, because that was throwing me off from buying the game. It kind of ruined it for me at first because he looks like such a pusy, but now it makes me want to buy the game solely to kick the crap out of this guy. I mean a pink/purple suit with a Miley haircut, he's just begging to get his a$$ kicked.

This is the best video game villain I have ever seen!

really hope i dont have to hear burns like a mother when i piss every 15 seconds in this game.

the main villain completely ruins this game for me. the dude in the purple suit looks like he would get his ass handed to him in any fight.. well maybe jar jar would be the only character he could win in a fight with.

Looks like FC3 with bigger mountains. I wonder if you'll have to climb Budhist shrines to unlock game maps. Seriously Ubi, do something different this time.

I like him and want a game with him as the main character.

sigh why can't the main villain be some indian or nepali or tibetan or in fact anyone from that region -.- oh well I enjoyed far cry so far and I'm liking the new villain.

He's just the right amount of barely controlled psycho...I like him. Gonna be a shame to kill him...

YAY! A game where the foreign language is one that I can understand! That was amazing!

I can only hope that he's not gonna die as fast as Vaas did.

and there was all that uproar about this game being racist. the villain is clearly not a white man . add ultra sensitive people and a slow news day together and that's what you get. he acts a little like the joker.

looks good. but he's got nuthin on vaas.

I'm excited. I've always enjoyed farcry. I hope the graphics are stellar. Especially on the PC.

i still prefer Vaas with his awesome 'the definition of insanity' speech but i must admit, the 'stop' and 'shoot' lines and the selfie is awesome. Just hope this one won't end up dead at the middle of the game and get replaced. Btw love the decision to get Troy Baker as the villain.

Hopefully the exploration in this game is top notch with many different places to travel. It will probably be one of the better looking titles to come out for a while, so we should see some pretty visuals.
