Sega has announced that its Xbox baseball game World Series Baseball is now shipping to stores. The game was developed jointly by Visual Concepts and Blue Shift, and it features new gameplay modes and enhanced graphics, including an improved player animation system. In addition, World Series Baseball features commentary from the San Francisco Giants' Mike Krukow and the New York Mets' Ted Robinson, as well as official MLB rosters, including the Cooperstown Collection license, which lets players play with baseball greats such as Ernie Banks and Reggie Jackson. We'll have a review of World Series Baseball for the Xbox soon.
