E3 2002: Silent Scope 3 announced for North American release

It was announced in Europe a few weeks ago, and now North America is getting in on the act. Silent Scope 3, a sniper-themed gun game that got its start in arcades, is coming to the PlayStation 2 in October.

The game will feature an original story mode and all 14 missions from the arcade game Silent Scope EX. Also new to the series is a 3D sound system that will be used to help find enemies. The game will also feature multiple paths, hidden options, and multiple endings.
