Dynasty Warriors 4 coming to the Xbox

Koei has announced that Dynasty Warriors 4 is currently in development for the Xbox. The game, which is scheduled for release in September, takes place during the Three Kingdoms period in China and gives players a chance to select from a variety of characters, each with his or her own unique weapons and special attacks.

"We’re going to give the Xbox community a game that is action-packed with breathtaking cinematics and awesome gameplay," said Amos Ip, vice president of sales and marketing at Koei. "And we’re definitely going to deliver on that promise. Dynasty Warriors 4 is an amazing sequel to what I’m sure will continue to be a phenomenal series with worldwide appeal. It is only proper that history’s mightiest warriors have their tales told on history’s most powerful video game consoles.”
