If you're anxiously awaiting the release of Dune and want to see more trailers, you'll be able to very soon, as long as you don't mind going to the movie theater. IMAX is presenting an event July 21-22 that will feature new footage and a new trailer.

At the Dune movie website, you can reserve seats in selected cities in order to watch this free event. It includes never-before-seen footage, music from the movie, and a trailer. However, the site notes that while you can reserve tickets for the event, it will not guarantee your seat, as it is a first come, first served basis until the theater is filled. Check out the video announcement below.

Like most movies the past year, Dune has gone through many delays, and as of this writing, the film will hit theaters on October 22, after being pushed back 3 weeks recently. It was announced late last year that Dune would be one of the movies that would land on HBO Max the same day as theaters, which director Denis Villeneuve and Kyle MacLachlan (star of the 1984 adaptation) condemned.

Dune stars Timothee Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Jason Momoa, and Stellan Skarsgard. The film is Villeneuve's follow-up to Arrival and Blade Runner 2049, so there is a lot of hype surrounding the project.
